Hot, diggity dog! Lunch time is coming soon, and there are some sweet, turkey sausages in the fridge. I know what I am having for lunch. A peanut butter sandwich on home-baked bread. A glass of chocolate milk and a red delicious apple.
I will not share any of it with Hazel. She is on a protein free diet. She almost died a few years ago due to kidney problems. The vet said no more animal protein. She is alive and well, and still tries to cadge food while we are at table.
